CA.verification letter to Washington DOH mailed?????Rating: (votes: 0) ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Very similar experience I had endorsing my license to Cali also. They waited 2 months to finally send me a letter stating they never received my license verification from my state even after I verified that my state board indeed had, and had the proof. Then they said that I had not submitted a 75.00 initial licensing fee in my application. I send another 75 dollars to them. I also had to send another license verification again to my state board. Finally 3 months later I get the new endorsed license with a return of 75 dollars from them stating I had, get this.. over paid twice. They absolutely do not have their #@%& together at all and my state board told me this happens all the time being told the applicant never sent their license verification paper work. I think a lot of this can be attributed to the state being furloughed three fridays a month by the Gov of Calif and I went in person last year to their office and there were three people in the whole office! As I was saying, that's what I got from "Notorius" Cal State board too. Specifically stamped Not Receieved, and to make matters worse; my entire pile of application paperwork was sent back to me also! Like they wanted me to start from scratch again and wanted the initial license endorsement fee again when they already had my check submitted. Double money, double license verification. I sent them back the entire mess of paperwork right back to them. Then I had to sit on the phone sometimes 30 min to maybe get a live person to speak to and I got the name of the supervisor dude and addressed everything in that return packett to him. He squared everything away properly in the end. I think these state board employees must really hate their jobs. Similar thing happened years ago when I went to DMV to get a Cali drivers license. Took over a month, due to some stupid photo glitch! I'm scared to move back there but that's where my parents live. I've been gone from Cali 18 years now, and honestly it was absolutely awsome to live there when I was a teenager. Drastic change since then.
